      Comment:

      In cases where date search parameters can reduce latency, require support for that. This would apply to any query where the amount of data returned could be large (e.g., all labs or vitals of a common type, all medications, all documents of a common type, etc.). Examples include DiagnosticReport, DocumentReference, Condition.
