I think the New US Core Diagnostic Report Profile for Report and Note exchange should be merged with the existing US Core DiagnosticReport Profile created for lab (might have to make some adjustments to accommodate, but having both is confusing), UNLESS the names more clearly indicate the intended use cases, specifically for the existing US Core DiagnosticReport Profile (since it is limited to LAB right now).
