The Claim.provider comments starts with "Typically this field would be 1..1". The cardinality is fixed at 1..1 so I'm confused what that comment means. Are there _atypical _situations where the cardinality wouldn't be 1..1? If yes then we need to change the cardinality and provide an example. If not then I would suggest removing or rewording that phrase.
