      The VisionPrescription.lensSpecification.eye comments are confusing because the value set binding is Required, but the codes OD (oculus dexter) and OS (oculus sinister) aren't included in the vision-eye-codes value set. So to resolve that discrepancy we need to either remove the comment, or add those codes to the value set, or reduce the binding strength.

      Also the word "sini*s*ter" is misspelled as "siniter".
