The Questionnaire operations ($populate etc) have been moved to the SDC IG so there is no longer an Operations tab on the Questionnaire resource. While the body of the page refers and links to the SDC IG, this is not readily apparent to the uninitiated. Including an Operations tab with the pointer to the operations part of the SDC IG would be a great usability enhancement.

To support this the core publication tooling would need updating.
