7. BSeR Messaging Workflow
- Reader can not implement this as is written due to gaps in guidance data model for message header, state machine, and set of trigger events is provided but no description or reference on the seried of steps (the technical workflow) to transact a message between parties.
- No Example transactions?? Developer love examples of transactions and even better a reference implementation that shows at least a proof concept. Add (json or xml) examples both inline and as links
