      In most Observation based profiles, .category is 1..1 but in the arthritis finding profile it's 0..1. Should this be 1..1? If not, what is the implication of requiring a value of Procedure but not requiring the element be present?

      The .subject element should be specifically bound to the BSeR Patient profile rather than allowing it to reference things like Group and Device).
