There doesn't seem to be a Terminology section in the IG yet several profiles bind to specific value sets. While the profiles do have links, these links don't seem to access anything that a reader can see (maybe it works for a FHIR server or something). Without knowing what the value sets are, it would be difficult for an implementer to follow the IG. For example, the Arthritis Feedback profile links to a set of codes and value codes but I can't see how to access either.
