The Childhood Nutrition Request Obs profile contains the .subject element twice, one of which relates to a RelatedPerson. The base resource seems to restrict .subject to 0 or 1 occurrence and doesn't allow for a reference to a RelatedPerson. There is nothing in the profile to indicate how a related person is related to this observation profile. Is this trying to say that the BSeR related person profile will point to the same BSeR patient profile resource? If so, that is not clear. Please clarify the relationships between Observation, Patient and RelatedPerson
