I don't see a way to access the value set for Observation.code. The link in the hover text doesn't go to a human readable version of the value set. I'm curious why this isn't just fixed to a single code value. As well, it's not clearly what data would potentially go in Observation.component. The name of the profile seems pretty straight forward, so I'm wondering if I'm missing something.

As well, is this the sort of observation that will get updated over time (as the patient goes to more sessions). If so, how does that impact the fixed value for .status of "final". Can an update be sent while retaining a "final" status or should this observation only be included once the treatment has been concluded?

Please clarify these points.
