Is it possible to provide one or more suggested values for Composition.type? Other profiles tend to fix elements like this to a single LOINC code. The current value set is very large and one or more suggested values would help implementers.
The current Short Description for Compostion.author in the profile is "Referral Request Recipient". Is it possible that the person that received the referral is actually the person who provided service or documented the outcomes? I prefer the base definition of "Who and/or what authored the composition" (may be alter this slightly to be "Who authored the composition").
It's unclear how section 1 (multi program feedback data) and section 2 (single program feedback data) would be populated in a single resource instance. Both have a cardinality of 1..1 so both sections would need to be in any given document. Is that possible? How do these sections relate to the Feedback Findings and Feedback Supporting Information sections in the UML Expression diagram?
The Terminology Bindings table is incorrect.
