The Cholesterol profile (http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/cholesterol) has a fixed Coding for the Observation.code and a fixed SimpleQuantity for the referenceRange high. However with the current java validator fixed[x] constraints are only enfored on primitive dataypes not on complex ones like above.
