      DTR is not intended to change orders, only to gather documentation related to a specific serivce and where it is incomplete, provide the ability to capture the additional documenation required. Since this is primarily an EHR funciton, the guide appears to be focues on the correct HIT solution. However, in the event the use for DTR is to cature information that is maintained in an administrative systems, we will add additonal clarifiy informaiton to elaborate on this potential use.

      How does control return back to the EHR from the SMART-on-FHIR App? If there are changes made to the order based on the response, how are those communicated back to the EHR?
