Suggest apply this change across all pages of this IG. This would help readers. 2. Suggest to format the Conformance Requirements to make them stand out more and more readable. Currently, the heading and the text of conformance requirements all mixed together. Use Bold font for the title and add bullets to the conformance requirement content would help with readability. 3. Suggest to add hyperlinks where the text references internal page sections, e.g., the beginning of the eCQM page has text "terminology (Section 3)", suggest to make this hyperlink that takes to the section 3 of this page. 4. Section 2 eCQM Basics mentions the Blueprint, but there is no reference or given the entire title of the Blueprint.
