To help guide the answers, the contextExpression could retrieve a list of admission reasons for that patient for encounters in the past year. The user completing the questionnaire could then use that information to guide whether they choose to answer 'yes' or 'no.

Also, like candidateExpressions, contextExpressions should rarely, if ever, declare a name element.
