      Will define minQuantity and maxQuantity as additional extensions that are optional rather than mustSupport. Will note that these must only be used if the set of permitted units is constrained to UCUM codes and the min and max checks will be performed by converting the answer.valueQuantity to the same units as the min/maxQuantity unit prior to comparison.

      Existing Wording: This extension is used for questions with simple quantitative types. It does not currently support the Quantity data type.
