      Existing Wording: For form population to work with such data, the Questionnaire will have to be designed presuming the use of particular profiles and conventions - for example, national implementation guides such as US Core or Australian Base. The more sophisticated a Questionnaire's population rules, the more dependent it will be on systems exposing their data in accordance with specified profiles.
