Comment:

For the purpose of supporting complex logic, we propose to add the questionnaire-enablewhen extension (http://hl7.org/fhir/2018Sep/extension-questionnaire-enablewhen.html) to the list of extensions for this profile. Currently, when multiple enableWhen elements are created, the item will be enabled when the condition for any of the repetitions is true. I.e. treat "enableWhen"s as being joined by an "or" clause. Concatenating or nesting multiple conditions using different logical groupers like and, nor, nand, etc. is currently not possible.
