      Existing Wording: Conformant systems are allowed to ignore this extension unless the rendering-styleSensitive flag is set to true.

      Comment:

      Recommend relaxing this to a should rather than a shall. What if the proposed rendering style clashes with the underlying system style, or could cause a safety issue if used as is? It seems the rendering system should ultimately be allowed to have final say in the display (e.g., with a minor tweak), even if it should use the specified rendering if feasible.

      Summary:

      Allow over-ride of rendering style.
