Update description of the code system and value set to say:

Specifies the operation used to aggregate results in a continuous variable measure. For example, the Sum method indicates the observations derived from the measure population will be added together to produce the measure result.

Also determine whether IG Publisher can automatically list places the code system/value set is used and if so, enable that functionality for at least this code system/value set, if not throughout the IG.

Existing Wording: Sum: Aggregate by adding all observations

Proposed Wording: Aggregate by taking the average of all observation values

      Comment:

The concept definitions for the Aggregation method are cryptic. Suggested text might not be correct-I struggled to figure out where this value set is used and if the aggregation method applies to all observation values in a measure, or specifically to the values for one observation.
