      Existing Wording: CQL allows users to reference library level identifiers in different libraries through use of the included libraries name or alias. No specific direction is provided in the IG about what mechanism should be used.

      Proposed Wording: Recommend adding a requirement that an included library's alias be used for referencing library level identifiers in the libary.

      Comment:

      For harmonization, we recommend adopting the requirement that a included library's alias (instead of the included library's name) be used for referencing library level identifiers in the libary. For example:
