      Currently, this is a US Realm IG sponsored by ONC and the PCOR TF. The capabilities could be broadly applicable, however there are many aspects which are specific to US. The workflows are not verified to exist outside the US, the value sets used by PROMIS have been curated by NIH for US and the pilots are all specific to US. However we can add a clarifying statement that the capabilities could be applied universally and noting exactly which aspects of the specification are believed to be U.S.-specific.

      Can explore broadening this to universal in a future release.

      Is it important to mention US realm here? I believe the IG applicability is broader.
