      For this project, The PROM Administration Planning process which decides on how/when and whom to administer PROMs are out-of-scope. The PROM Instrument and Metadata Repository is only present as a repository of PROs and does not require to be notified of any administrations.

      We will look at pointing to SDC in a future version of PRO once it has guidance on workflow around asking for Questionnaires to be completed.

      Comment:

      It is not clear from the spec how a clinician using a EHR or Care Delivery Health IT System prescribes a questionnaire to the patient. Also, it is not specified how is that being signaled to the PROM Instrument & Metadata Repository. Please specify.
