Since the goal of DTR is to collect clinial documenation and/or to encourage completion of documenation that demonstrates medical necessity for ordered items, it is focused on the clincial documention effort and not the adminstrative process. Will add language to describe the process where the focus is on interaction with the EHR via an administrative or payment system.
