      Add clarification/ suggestion that combination of CQL and questionnaire should suggest that missing item (e.g. sleep study) should be performed when not found and missing information is confirment by the provider.

      Existing Wording: The provider realizes that the sleep study has not yet been conducted and would like to generate a task for office staff to schedule a sleep study.

      Comment:

      This is task generation specific, why wouldn't the process for the same workflow example generate an order for a study. Or is that covered elsewhere or left to implementation?
