      Clarify that DTR and EHR should be able to complete the questionnaire and identify all missing items and optionally suspend completion of the questionnaire until all tasks are completed. Need to provide guidance on suspending the DTR session. Add contextual link to reason for questionnaire (e.g. PA) if appropriate.

      Existing Wording: The provider realizes that the sleep study has not yet been conducted and would like to generate a task for office staff to schedule a sleep study.

      Comment:

      If in this example instead of a task the process generated an order for a study could the specification as it stands handle multiple threads processing repeatedly until the forms are complete and the workflow for an I instance ends?
