      Comment:

      I don't agree with this. E.g., if we pulled the age and gender, and used it, it would seem silly to have a PDF that said something like "age* 53 gender *M *generated from EHR data". This also could set up an expectation that the user doesn't need to check existing EHR data. Ultimately, the user needs to agree with information that is submitted as truth. You could still do this, but I think it shouldn't be required.

      Summary:
