      Comment:

      Definitely a no on this one. The EHR is cluttered as it is with notes. While it may be appropriate to save these results as notes, we should not require it. There may be better ways to document this, like as documentation associated with an order. We should not tie the hands of EHR vendors on what's best in their system.
