Existing Wording: To reduce the burden on the users of the application, DTR provides a mechanism for the user to attest that the information exists in the patient's record, without specifying the exact value or location of the information.

Replace with: To reduce the burden on the users of the application, DTR provides a mechanism for the user to attest that the information exists in the patient's record, without specifying the exact value or location of the information. This will not require the user to reenter the "missing" information.

      Comment:

It's not clear from reading this description (until later in the examples in 4.4.4.3) that an "attestation" replaces the answer. My first interpretation was that the user was expected to both provide the answer and an attestation.
