      Comment:

      The background of the specification indicates many of the leading causes of death, of which nutrition has an impact on. In addition, "eating and drinking healthy foods and beverages" is listed as a healthy behavior, yet there is no reference to the NutritionOrder resource. Recommend including oralDiet from the NutritionOrder resource, at a minimum, as it might be helpful to know if a specific diet has been prescribed when referring a patient, especially in the case of obesity, hypertension, and diabetes prevention.
