If answerOption is present, then we don't need to use initial[x] because we can instead use answerOption.initialSelected. (This does mean that it's not possible to have a default 'other' string value for an open choice, but this seems like an unrealistic use-case - just make that default value an option too.)

We will update the invariant english description to read:

"If one or more answerOption is present, initial[x] must be missing. Use answerOption.initialSelected instead."

Remove the invariant que-11 as it prevents a pre-population from being able to using the data if there is a list of options.
