Will update the cardinality of operation.response to 0..*.  Will also add a usage note that says:

Multiple responses can sometimes exist for a single operation.  E.g. the "accept acknowledgement" and the "application acknowledgement" for a single v2 request message.

We will not change the cardinality on operation.request as we can't think of a scenario where it would be needed.

In FHIR over REST, each response is one object (a resource).

To use ExampleScenario in other cases - e.g. non-rest like file transfer, or not exclusively FHIR like combining FHIR with V2 or with GS1, this should be extended to 0..*

      Extend ExampleScenario.process.step.operation.response to 0..*

      The same applies to ExampleScenario.process.step.operation.request
