      The specification is going to be split such that the use-cases will be in one page and the detailed implementation requirements will be in a different section.  The initial version of the spec wasn't terribly clear about technical implementation requirements.  The revised version will make that much more explicit

      This sentence is at the bottom of several "sub-sections" in the "HRex Interactions" section of the implementation guide, but the "Hrex Interactions" doesn't seem to provide more "detailed specification", just a list of interactions. Is this hyperlink to the correct page?
