When looking at the list of examples, there is no place to see where to go to get context about what this examples shows and how it fits into the IG explanation.

I started added comments within the example for the Data Query. The examples in the IG should include clear comments and there needs to be pages a narrative that explain the samples and what they show....what elements to populate and what FHIR mechanisms are needed, i.e. conditional creates and conditional references, and when to use contained resources and why.
