Will provide guidance around 'substitution' in the response where the document type(s) returned may not be the same code as the requested code.  Specifically, will leverage the language from the attachments IG.

We will adopt the set of document codes defined in the attachments IG - will verify w/ Lisa that this is correct/sufficient.

The terminology defined does not reflect what was tested at the Connectathon. The Connectathon page supplied a larger set of possible Document Type codes. Also, there is not explanation about how the Document Type codes work to allow any documents of that "kind" to be returned.

The terminology that was added did not reflect what was documented and used in the FHIR Connectathons leading up to the ballot. See FHIR Connectathon documentation.
