Not sure this is an error in the schema or my XML editor but when I try to validate a resource, I get the following error:
Error at line 33333, column 48: global type 'simpleType:PublicationStatus-list' declared more than once or also declared as complexType

That's from fhir-single.xsd from build.fhir.org
