We will add introductory text for all profiles We will make clear that US Core search criteria are inherited by this IG.  For net new profiles defined within this IG (Coverage and Provenance) we will define search requirements as follows: Provenance: target Coverage: patient, patient.name, patient.gender, patient.birthdate, identifier, payor.identifier, subscriber, subscriberId* (search criteria with * are new criteria we will define in the IG, though we'll propose them to be added to R5) Note - based on resolution to 25548, we may eventually need to search by a new memberId element too. We will also provide explicit guidance on the population of Provenance.agent (leveraging new US core guidance where possible).
