We will move this page and all of the sibling pages into a separate "background" section with an explanation up-front that the objective of the section is to provide a business-friendly overview of the different exchange mechanisms that FHIR offers.  We will likely collapse the different sections into a single integrated page (and perhaps simplify /shrink the diagrams as well).  We will avoid introducing new terminology and stick with Client and Server.  Finally, we will add a business-friendly view of the new "decision tree" as an intro to the section to help readers navigate amongst the different options.
