This whole section (outlining the various exchange mechanisms) will be re-cast as background material summarizing the different exchange mechanisms as well as the decision criteria used for choosing between them.  Where one of the data sharing approaches has Da Vinci-specific constraints or conformance expectations we will call those out separately.  At the moment, there are no 'special' conformance behaviors related to RESTful query.
