Comment:

Many of the graphics in this IG use data URIs. This was because that was the only way that Trifolia on FHIR could support graphics when the IGs were first created. That application has now been updated to provided better graphics support (generates links to image files vs. embedded data URI images), and this IG should be updated to take advantage of that as it will result in smaller page sizes and better images in general since data URIs have size restrictions, etc.
