Comment:
Processing DME documentation is one of the top complaints from clinicians when it comes to administrative burden. They get caught in the middle among the DME company, the patient and the payer, and they do not want to be there. Cdex really does nothing to reduce the administrative burden. The payer sends a form electronically instead of by fax, but the doctor still has to fill out the form. Also, every payer uses a diffeent form for every DME item, and CDex does nothing to fix that either. This problem needs to be fixed, but nothing Da Vinci is doing will fix it.
