      Amen!

The IG will be completely re-written.  Pages will be much more dense and significantly fewer in number.  (Ideally, all narrative content of the spec that imposes conformance requirements will be on one page, all use-cases on another page, all background information on a third page with an intro page and perhaps one or two other pages to round out the spec.

      Comment:

Consider restructuring this IG to use less pages and less nesting. This was useful during IG development, but it actually is harder to navigate the IG with so many small pages. For example, all the child pages of "Introduction" should just be moved into the Introduction page as 2nd level headings instead of being distinct pages in their own right.

This should apply to all pages, not just Introduction. Flatten the entire IG.
