      On October 11, 2019, the CQI WG discussed mapping for QDM Device, Applied and Device, Order to Procedure and ServiceRequest, respectively. The WG generally agreed but decided to review with The Joint Commission before voting.

      October 18, 2019 Resolution to change QDM to QI-Core mapping from Device, Applied (QDM) to Procedure and Device, Order (QDM) to ServiceRequest, and correct the links.

      QDM to Qi-Core mapping for Device Applied (DeviceUseStatement) includes incorrect links - corrected links in the attacment.

      Also, DeviceUseStatement includes an extension for notDone, but it does not provide a method to define reason for notDone, not does it include a timing for notDone reason - see attached document for explanation. IF existing attributes can be used for notDone reason and for timing of that reason, clear description needs to be placed in the QDM mapping table.
