      QDM mapping to QI-Core includes incorrect links. The attached document includes corrected links. The same issue noted with Observation in other QDM mapping tables is also present - dataAbsentReason may not be sufficient if there is no status to indicate not-done. Further, the timing for dataAbsentReason is problematic as observation.issued by definition does not seem appropriate as that timing. Please address this issue.
