The QDM to QI-Core mapping tables include incorrect links to QI-Core. The attached document includes corrected links. There are also some incorrect mappings noted in the table in red text. Examples:

1. The QDM Concept Patient Characteristic: ClinicalTrialParticipant seems to be missing in QI-Core. This may be my oversight in finding it or it may be intentional. Clinical Trial Participation should be an observation and that is the suggested reference in the attached mapping table. If that is not correct, the mapping table needs to be updated.

2. Some elements, such as patient ethnicity and race have general and detailed definitions in USCore but the concept is only referenced in QI-Core - see more generic mappings.

3. QI-Core is missing a reference to Related Person LinkedPatientId added to QDM for more careful descriptions. Is it required in QI-Core or is this just a model info issue for use of CQL with QDM?

4. Some of the practitioner references were incorrectly mapped to Practitioner instead of PractitionerRole - those are corrected in the attached.
