QDM mapping to QI-Core for Medication resources has incorrect links. The attached document updates the links to the current QI-Core ballot.

Some mapping modifications are also included and highlighted in red.

Two items in QDM that have no corresponding attributes in QI-Core or FHIR:

note there is no reference in MedicationStatement for a recorder (i.e., who made the statement or recorded it). A dateAsserted does exist (for the time the information is identified) but not the author/source.

There is also no reference in MedicationAdministration for the time recorded (author time)

Please address these issues with updates to the content for publication.
