The QDM to QI-Core mapping table for Substance includes incorrect links. The updated links are included in the attached document. Note - Substance as a concept can be considered a parent for medication and it includes other "substances" than medication but specifying administration, ordering, and other actions about such substances is complicated as many FHIR resources for such activity are not sufficiently mature and some may not be defined. Therefore, the mapping table refers the reader to Medication if the substance can be identified with medication coding systems. Specifically called out are references to Biologically Derived Products (without any mapping since the resources are still in development) and Nutrition (which includes mapping to NutritionOrder).
