      While the request is reasonable, the extension will not be needed since the DeviceUseStatement will no longer be part of QI-Core. See 24063 - recommends that Procedure should reference the use of a device using usedCode to specify the device. Also, ProcedureNotDone would accommodate the concern for negation rationale as referenced in QDM.

    • Clarification

      Given that the name of the new notDone extension is a negative (notDone), I suggest you use narrative to clarify the meanings of each boolean value so there is no question as to whether a value of "false" means "the device was not used" or "the the device was not 'not used' (ie. it was used)".
