      The proifle approach about meta.profile is not uniform in the guide for some profiles it is mustSupport (e.g. AllergyIntolerance) in other is not (e.g. Composition).

      If there is not a good reason for this difference I suggest to include meta.profile as supported element in all the IPS profiles.
