We agree. The sections as defined in this ballot were not well constrained. In the next ballot we have a more definitive direction for the section structure and will profile observation to constrain section children properly.

I'm having trouble understanding how the breast Findings section is expected to be populated. Section.entry is not allowed but section.section is, suggesting that this is expected to be a recursive section, but I don't see any indications of what should go in the Findings sub-sections. I'm not sure if there are constraints missing or not. From the overview image on the home page, it seems like Findings should contain 2 subsections (one for each side) which in turn contain observations but I'm not seeing that reflected in the profile. It would be helpful for readers if there was some narrative description of what each individual section in the Composition is expected to contain.

The PatientRisk and PriorReports sections both use the same LOINC code for section.code (76546-1). One of them (likely PriorReports) should be updated to use a different code.
